Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is hiring a Backend Developer to join our team in Manila. The role requires strong experience with .NET Core, Azure, microservices, SQL, and AKS.

You will design, develop, and maintain backend systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable features. You will ensure performance and quality, fix bottlenecks, and manage deployments. A solid understanding of OO design, API patterns, and DevOps practices is essential.

Qualifications

• Learning and problem-solving attitude; ability to learn new concepts and tech.
• Frontend knowledge including React JS, CSS, and HTML5 (nice to have).
• Server-side development with .NET/C# on .NET Core / .NET 5.0.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core, Database First or Code First.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, queries, stored procedures, and SSIS packages for integration.
• UI design basics and API/server-side design patterns.
• DevOps experience with Git-based repos and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, JIRA).
• Strong OO analysis, design, and patterns; multi-threaded async/event-driven programming.
• Azure cloud experience deploying Web Apps and APIs; AKS experience and containers.
• Proficient with Git and CI/CD; familiar with CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaborative skills.
