Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a highly skilled backend developer to join our team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining the backend of our applications using .NET Core, Azure, microservices, SQL, and AKS.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensure performance and quality, and manage deployment across Azure workloads. Experience with insurance/reinsurance domains is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with .NET Core / .NET 5.0 and C# development.
• Proficient with SQL Server and database objects.
• Knowledge of UI concepts and API design patterns.
• Experience with Azure cloud solutions and AKS deployments.
• Familiar with CI/CD using DevOps tools.
• Strong problem solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend using .NET Core, Azure, microservices, SQL, and AKS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship features.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and fix bugs; improve code quality and automation.
• Manage deployment of applications and monitor health and scalability.
• Communicate effectively within the team; pro-active and cooperative.
