Acquire Intelligence is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support day-to-day back-office operations in our Pasig office. You will handle data entry, invoicing, statement reconciliation, and generate KPI reports to help teams perform efficiently.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.
• At least 1 year back office experience.
• Experience in customer service is favourable.
• Immediate to advanced computer skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist day to day operations for the members (OEP's customers).
• Mostly back office work and data entry.
• Covers data entry Xero (accounting software work).
• Statement reconciliation.
• Inbox clearing and manages the work traffic coming in generic inboxes.
• Invoicing and preparing all completed jobs to invoicing stage.
• Generating KPI reports and one-off requests from members.
• Makes outbound calls as needed (B2B).
