Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a manager-level IC to integrate HQ and territory execution into a single strategy-to-results engine. The role owns the integrated roadmap, oversees the operating rhythm, and drives governance, decision tracking, and KPI-based execution without direct people management.

The position emphasizes autonomous work, cross-functional influence, and delivering executive-ready updates across HQ and territories to maintain alignment and drive results.

Responsibilities

• HQ–Territories strategic alignment & integrated roadmap ownership
• Align and close cross-territory actions; surface trade-offs and present options to leadership
• Lead end-to-end initiatives across HQ and territories with planning and execution oversight
• Maintain a single source of truth for priorities, status, and decisions across HQ and territories
• Design and run the weekly strategy cadence for leadership reviews
• Build executive-ready packs linking progress to KPIs, benefits, risks and decisions needed
• Capture decisions and actions, assign owners, and drive closure with disciplined follow-up
• Ensure reviews yield clear commitments and course corrections across forums
• Establish governance standards across HQ and territories (RAID, change management)
• Monitor delivery health (scope/time/budget) and outcomes with root-cause analyses
• Improve PMO tooling, templates, and ways of working to speed up delivery across HQ and territories

Job Description

Serve as the manager-level individual contributor responsible for integrating headquarters and territory execution into a single, aligned strategy-to-results engine. This role owns the integrated roadmap, runs the operating rhythm (planning and performance reviews), and drives governance, decision tracking, and KPI-based execution discipline across HQ and territories—without direct people management.

Key Responsibilities

HQ–Territories strategic alignment & integrated roadmap ownership

• Own and maintain the integrated HQ + territory strategic initiatives roadmap: priorities, milestones, dependencies, owners, and sequencing across functions and geographies.
• Drive cross-functional and cross-territory alignment and closure for Key Actions by surfacing trade-offs (scope, timing, resourcing) and preparing decision options for leadership.
• Lead strategic initiatives that cut across HQ and territories (e.g., operating model enablement, shared capabilities, cross-territory programs) with end-to-end planning and execution oversight.
• Maintain a single source of truth for priorities, status, and decisions; ensure updates are timely, accurate, and usable by both HQ and territory leaders.

Strategy execution operating rhythm (leadership cadences and reviews)

• Design and run the B2C Leads weekly cadence
• Build executive-ready review packs that connect progress to outcomes (KPIs, benefits, risks, decisions needed), with consistent reporting standards across territories.
• Capture decisions and actions, assign owners, and drive closure through disciplined follow-up and escalation when required.
• Ensure review forums result in clear commitments and course-corrections, not just status updates.

PMO governance & performance management

• Establish and enforce governance standards across HQ and territories: RAID, change management, benefits tracking, dependency management, and escalation pathways.
• Drive KPI-based execution discipline; monitor delivery health (scope/time/budget) and performance outcomes, highlighting trends, root causes, and recommended actions
• Improve and standardize PMO tooling, templates, and ways of working to reduce friction and increase speed/quality across HQ and territories.

Manager-level IC expectations

• Operate autonomously with strong judgment; proactively identify risks, misalignment, and decision points.
• Influence senior stakeholders through facilitation, data, and clear decision framing—without relying on hierarchy.
• Maintain executive confidence via high-integrity reporting, crisp narratives, and a predictable operating rhythm.
• Raise execution maturity across HQ and territories through scalable governance and continuous improvement.
