This role will entail bridging program‑wide strategies, principles, and priorities with assessments anchored on ground realities to fulfill territory imperatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Territory partners to fulfill tactical imperatives vis‑à‑vis national strategies.
• Provide consulting expertise to the Territories for value‑ and demand‑based decision making on network builds and prioritization.
• Drive build nominations as per approved business principles.
• Secure Territory alignment and resolve dispositions on new nominations, business casing results, prioritization, and timing.
• Engage in field work and validate demand data using on‑ground indicators.
• Validate and seek to resolve CX findings using a planning lens.
• Creatively approach the planning process to serve the right demand with the right solution, timing, and cost.

Deliverables

• Integrate business commitments and demand requirements across technologies per geographic area, optimizing solutions and evaluating trade‑offs.
• Perform business‑casing and financial driver assessment for economic viability of demand opportunities versus cost to serve.
• Identify bottom‑up demand opportunities using ground indicators, resolve key gaps, and reach consensus on the plan to serve the requirement.
• Vet stakeholder requirements and assumptions using internal data, customer insights, ground indicators, and technical expertise.
