Responsibilities

• Design and implement short- and long-term strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and objectives.
• Analyze market trends, opportunities, and risks; provide actionable recommendations for growth.
• Assess the effectiveness of organizational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with business units to ensure alignment and execution of strategies across teams.
• Create and monitor key performance indicators to measure strategic performance.
• Lead quarterly reviews of organizational performance against strategic goals.
• Communicate strategic plans to internal stakeholders and ensure cross-department alignment.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance Globe’s capabilities.
• Stay informed on industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
• Lead the strategy function, mentoring team members and overseeing resource allocation.
• Oversee governance of key processes, including B2B segmentation and automation of critical processes across CFUs.

The Strategy Manager shapes and drives the short- and long-term commercial strategies for Globe's Commercial Group, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves conducting market and operational analyses, developing actionable plans, and implementing processes that boost organizational effectiveness and competitive advantage. The Strategy Manager will lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives, ensuring the organization remains agile and competitive in a dynamic market.

Duties And Responsibilities

Strategic Development & Execution

• Design and implement short- and long-term strategies that align with the organization’s vision, mission, and objectives.
• Analyze market trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable recommendations for growth.
• Assess the effectiveness of organizational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with business units to ensure alignment and execution of strategies, fostering communication across teams.

Performance Monitoring & KPI Management

• Create and monitor key performance indicators to measure strategic performance and identify areas for adjustment.
• Lead quarterly reviews of organizational performance against strategic goals, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.

Strategy Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

• Effectively communicate strategic plans and initiatives to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance the company’s technological and market capabilities.
• Stay informed on industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to ensure Globe’s strategies remain cutting-edge.

Leadership & Governance

• Lead the strategy function, mentoring team members, setting priorities, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Oversee the governance of key processes, including B2B segmentation and the automation of critical manual processes across Commercial Functional Units (CFUs).
