Job summary

OneLot is seeking a Credit Lead to own underwriting, fraud prevention, and risk management for its B2B2C lending product. You will validate credit decisions, develop practical processes, and safeguard portfolio quality during pilot and early scaling.

You will collaborate with Credit, Operations, and Sales to translate standards into actionable practices while driving execution across teams without direct management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in credit underwriting, fraud detection, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, fraud indicators, and document verification.
• Ability to translate complex credit requirements into practical, executable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting, fraud checks, verification, and credit procedures during pilots and early scaling phases.
• Act as final reviewer for complex, high-risk, or exception cases to ensure disciplined credit decisions.
• Guide frontline execution of B2B2C credit processes with cross-functional teams.
• Translate credit and fraud requirements into clear SOPs, playbooks, and operational guidance.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify risk drivers and trends.
• Recommend corrective actions to protect portfolio quality and reduce risk.
• Improve credit workflows, verification steps, controls, and system logic.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve escalations and blockers.
• Design and deliver training to ensure consistent application of credit standards.
