You will use a defined qualification framework, maintain CRM hygiene, and collaborate with sales leadership to move opportunities forward.

The role requires high-volume outreach, strong communication, and the ability to work onsite as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in a call center or outbound B2B environment.
• Experience prospecting in education domain or HR-related roles is a plus.
• Cold calling, live objection handling, and meeting booking experience required.
• CRM systems experience required (Salesforce/HubSpot/Outreach).
• Ability to work onsite as required in Manila, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, phone, and approved channels.
• Respond to inbound leads and qualify prospects using a qualification framework.
• Book meetings with qualified prospects and hand off to sales leadership.
• Execute calling and email sequences with consistent messaging and personalization.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline hygiene in CRM.
