Platintel is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and execute the customer acquisition strategy across LinkedIn, website optimisation, SEO, AI search, content, partnerships, events, HubSpot and reporting.

The role blends strategic planning with day-to-day execution to build and shape the marketing function as the business scales, supported by a dynamic team in Australia and delivery centers in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a B2B growth/performance marketing role
• Experience marketing to technology or professional services organisations
• Strong LinkedIn advertising experience
• Experience executing account based marketing campaigns
• CRM experience
• Website management (WordPress or similar CMS)
• SEO strategy and implementation
• AI search optimisation knowledge (AEO)
• Marketing automation experience
• Strong commercial copywriting skills
• Experience producing sales enablement materials
• Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills
• Strong analytical capability with data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Own execution of the annual marketing strategy
• Maintain the target account programme with BD team
• Coordinate monthly sales and marketing planning sessions
• Refine ICP based on campaign performance and sales feedback
• Manage annual marketing calendar and campaign roadmap
• Recommend channel investment and budget allocation
• Track marketing's contribution to meetings, pipeline and acquisition
• Manage LinkedIn presence and ABM campaigns
• Build matched audiences and retargeting
• Coordinate employee advocacy and executive LinkedIn programme
• Identify buying signals and provide account insights to Sales
• Continuously optimise campaign performance and reporting
• Develop marketing content and assets for the buying journey
• Produced website content, SEO and AI search optimisations
• Oversee marketing operations and reporting (HubSpot, dashboards)
