MNLeistung Inc. is seeking a driven Business Development Intern to join our team on-site in Cainta.

This role offers hands-on experience in B2B sales strategies, market research, and client acquisition for software solutions, serving as a strong foundation before graduation. Ideal candidates are enrolled in BSBA Marketing Management or BS in Entrepreneurship, able to commit to a minimum of 300 OJT hours, and ready to start immediately with strong communication skills and a proactive learning

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in BSBA in Marketing Management, BS in Entrepreneurship, or other related business/IT courses.
• Required to complete a minimum of 300 hours for school curriculum/OJT credits.
• Willing to work full on-site in Cainta, Rizal and can start immediately.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with an eagerness to learn B2B tech and service sales.

Responsibilities

• Market Research: Identify prospective B2B clients, industry trends, and target markets for software and BPO services.
• Lead Generation: Gather and organize contact information of potential business partners and industry decision-makers.
• Outreach Support: Prepare sales presentations, product pitch decks, and business proposals.
• Database Management: Maintain CRM records accurately and up to date.
• Team Collaboration: Work with marketing and senior sales managers to align growth strategies.
