Job summary

PLUXEE PHILIPPINES INC. seeks a results-driven sales professional with 2-3 years of face-to-face B2B selling experience to expand our local market footprint.

You will gather competitor and customer data through field sales or calls to create awareness of market trends and PLUXEE services. You will manage customer relationships across a defined territory, win new business, up-sell and cross-sell, and perform sales administration to keep records current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is preferable.
• 2-3 years of face-to-face sales experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Organizational awareness and customer handling.
• Solutions oriented approach.
• Excellent presentation and probing skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather competitor and customer data through field sales activities or calls to raise awareness of local market trends and competitors' activities.
• Win and develop customers within a geographic territory to meet volume targets and sales KPIs.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve queries to maintain satisfaction.
• Perform sales administration to keep accurate client information and reports.
• Deliver distinctive customer experience following PLUXEE guidelines.
