Job summary

INTAL GARMENTS OPC, a Philippine medical apparel manufacturer, seeks a proactive CRM, Sales & Marketing Associate to convert inquiries into orders and nurture long-term accounts.

You will handle inquiries across channels, maintain customer records, qualify institutional clients, prepare quotations, and coordinate orders with production and logistics while supporting marketing campaigns and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least one year of experience in sales, CRM, customer service, account management, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication, initiative, and internship experience may apply.
• Experience in B2B sales, healthcare, apparel, manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and willing to learn CRM/ERP/dashboard systems.
• Familiarity with Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.
• Organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and disciplined in documentation and follow-through.
• Comfortable handling customer concerns, sales targets, multiple accounts, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries across email, telephone, Viber, social media, website, marketplaces, and direct B2B channels.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles, communication records, sales leads, opportunities, and follow-up schedules.
• Identify and qualify potential institutional clients such as hospitals, clinics, schools, companies, distributors, and other organizations.
• Assist in understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations and proposals, coordinating samples, and following up purchase decisions.
• Coordinate confirmed orders with Production, Fulfillment, Logistics, Quality, and Finance.
• Monitor order progress and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Support after-sales service, customer feedback, complaint resolution, account retention, and repeat-order development.
• Assist in e-commerce promotions, product launches, social media activities, trade events, and other marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular sales, pipeline, customer-service, and campaign-performance reports.
• Follow approved pricing, documentation, data-privacy, and ISO 9001:2015-aligned company procedures.
