Job summary

Huey Financing Inc. is seeking an Account Manager (B2B) to drive revenue growth by expanding strategic partnerships with clinics, hospitals, and wellness providers across Visayas. You will own the full lifecycle from onboarding to upselling, translating medical offerings into business value.

You’ll build relationships, negotiate terms, and travel within Visayas to nurture key accounts, aiming to meet monthly and quarterly targets while delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within healthcare, Insurance, Real Estate, luxury wellness, biotechnology, or high-net-worth client services.
• Demonstrated success in relationship-driven sales and closing high-value deals.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong network of HNWIs or experience managing affluent clientele.
• Knowledge or strong interest in regenerative medicine, biotech, or premium health products.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable in a performance-driven, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B partners (clinics, hospitals, doctors, wellness institutions)
• Present Regenesys' regenerative medicine products and programs through structured business and clinical detailing
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and partnership agreements in coordination with management
• Conduct regular field visits to clinics, hospitals, doctors, wellness institutions, and other potential B2B partners within assigned Visayas territories
• Generate and qualify new sales leads through in-person prospecting, market visits, referrals, networking, and local business development activities
• Build and maintain a qualified regional sales pipeline and provide timely updates on prospects, opportunities, and market developments to management
• Develop and manage B2B business opportunities across the Visayas region, such as Tacloban, Samar, Leyte, Cebu, and other adjacent provinces
• Travel regularly within the Visayas region for client visits, prospecting, lead generation, and business development activities
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned B2B accounts
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets
