Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a DevOps Engineer Manager to bridge development, operations and security across advisory, assurance, tax and business services. You will own project planning and execution, mentor teams, and drive secure, efficient software delivery with hands-on leadership.

You will lead cloud infrastructure initiatives using Azure, Terraform, and CI/CD tools, while guiding teams through challenging conversations and stakeholder collaboration to meet client expectations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7–11 years of experience in DevOps/leadership roles.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Extensive Azure cloud engineering, automation, and modernization experience.
• Hands-on with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of development, operations, and security practices to improve software delivery.
• Design and implement secure IT systems to support operations and minimize downtime.
• Oversee deployment and management of cloud infrastructure using Azure/AWS tools.
• Coordinate CI/CD processes and automation for streamlined development.
• Mentor engineers and drive DevSecOps practices across teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality, timelines and budgets.
