Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila seeks a Senior DevOps Associate to design secure IT systems and enable reliable software delivery across advisory, assurance, tax, and business services. You will bridge development, operations and security to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

You will work with Azure cloud services, Terraform, and IaC tooling, while collaborating with global teams to solve complex client challenges and grow your technical leadership in a supportive, inclusionary culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 4–7 years of relevant DevOps experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Hands-on with Azure cloud services, infrastructure automation, and Terraform.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps Server, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes.

As a DevOps Engineer Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing secure IT systems that support business operations, confirming seamless network and server functionality to optimize performance and minimize downtime. Within our Advisory practice, you will focus on integrating development, operations, and security practices to validate secure and efficient software delivery. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 to 7 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud services, infrastructure automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting technologies.
• Proven ability to support cloud operations, migrations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives in a collaborative environment.
