Job summary

Lingaro Group Philippines is seeking an experienced Data Engineering Architect for open-ended freelance cooperation. The role supports multiple data projects on a part-time basis, often collaborating remotely with stakeholders and data teams across global locations.

You’ll drive the design of scalable data pipelines, governance, and cloud-based solutions using Azure Databricks, Data Factory, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 9-12 years of experience as a Data Engineering Architect or similar in Data & Analytics.
• Proven experience with Microsoft ETL tools and Azure data services.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL, pipelines, and governance.
• Experience designing scalable data processing frameworks.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data lakes, and warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Guide data engineering teams and promote best practices.
• Oversee implementation of data solutions per design docs and specs.
• Stay updated on trends and technologies; suggest innovative solutions.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout data engineering processes.
• Integrate data solutions with other systems and applications.
• Participate in project planning and estimation; provide technical input.
• Document architecture, infrastructure, and design decisions for знowledge sharing.
