Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM fields.
• 2–7 years experience in systems administration or cloud engineering.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls).
• Ability to translate architectural requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience deploying and managing scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Experience estimating cloud usage costs and implementing cost optimization strategies.
• Experience migrating on-premise systems to cloud environments.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform system administration tasks such as monitoring system and network performance, troubleshooting issues, managing user accounts, and maintaining tracking systems, while coordinating with internal IT teams.
• Manage Azure cloud environments and provide recommendations to improve infrastructure, working closely with developers and architects across different teams.
• Contribute to the development of the organization's long-term cloud strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support cloud, big data, and related initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and assess their suitability, focusing on cost efficiency and business value.
• Conduct regular capacity planning and performance assessments.
• Enhance or redesign existing cloud solutions to align with evolving business requirements.
