Job summary

NCS Philippines is seeking an AI Engineer who designs, builds, and deploys AI models and scalable pipelines on Microsoft Azure. You will work with Data, Software, and Product teams to ensure smooth data flow, dependable deployments, and ongoing performance optimization.

The role emphasizes responsible AI, governance, and secure-by-design practices while delivering production-ready AI capabilities across enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in AI/ML, software engineering, or cloud-based AI development.
• Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered apps in production.
• Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Proven work on prompt engineering, orchestration, or RAG-based solutions.
• 3–5+ years of Azure AI services experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI models and end-to-end AI pipelines for production.
• Integrate AI capabilities into apps and services via APIs and cloud-native architectures.
• Collaborate with Data/Software Engineers and Product Teams for data flow and integration.
• Monitor and optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Develop and manage Prompt Flows, orchestration pipelines, and AI workflows.
• Implement RAG solutions with embedding, indexing, and context management.
• Uphold Responsible AI with safety, governance, and compliance practices.
• Establish observability, logging, and performance monitoring for AI systems.
• Apply secure-by-design principles: identity management, access control, data protection.
• Translate business needs into AI solutions with guardrails and KPIs.
