Job summary

NCS is seeking an innovative AI Engineer in the Philippines to design, build, and optimize Agentic AI solutions. You will develop scalable GenAI applications, deploy production-grade AI systems, and monitor performance with robust telemetry and observability.

Key tasks include designing Agentic AI apps, building RAG pipelines, managing vector stores, and leveraging Azure AI Services. Strong Python skills and experience with APIs, prompts, and orchestration are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI/ML engineering or GenAI development.
• Hands-on in Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience building RAG systems and vector stores.
• Proficient with Azure AI Services and cloud deployments.
• Familiar with Foundry SDKs.
• Strong focus on telemetry, observability, and monitoring.
• Experience leading presales opportunities.
• Proficient in Python.
• Experience with APIs, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI applications using modern agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel).
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines including document ingestion, embedding generation, vector database design and management, retrieval optimization, and prompt orchestration.
• Create and manage vector stores/databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.
• Develop AI solutions using Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure AI Search.
• Implement AI telemetry and observability using tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, LangSmith, or OpenTelemetry.
• Monitor model performance, latency, hallucinations, prompt quality, and system reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.
