Job summary

Barceló Group busca un/a cocinero/a para formar parte de su equipo. Prepararás recetas basadas en fichas técnicas y colaborarás con el jefe de cocina para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de la cocina.

Se valorará experiencia en hostelería, capacidad de trabajo en equipo, creatividad y gestión de costes. Contrato fijo discontinuo y oportunidades de desarrollo en una empresa líder del sector.

Qualifications

• Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Cocina y Gastronomía y Curso APPCC.
• Experiencia mínima: 1 año en puesto similar.
• Idiomas: no se requiere, se valora experiencia en hostelería.

Responsibilities

• Preparar todas las recetas según fichas técnicas de la rueda de menús.
• Responsabilizarse del buen funcionamiento de la cocina ante el Jefe/a de Cocina.
• Colaborar en gestión de costes e inventarios, así como en compras.
• Colaborar en procesos de limpieza, conservación, cocinado, regeneración y reposición de alimentos.
• Apoyar la recepción y almacenaje de alimentos siguiendo normas y órdenes recibidas.
• Realizar las tareas conforme a requisitos, normas y legislación de seguridad e higiene.

What will you do?

• Preparar todas las recetas en base a las fichas técnicas de la rueda de menús establecida.
• Responsabilizarse del buen funcionamiento de la cocina ante el/la Jefe/a de Cocina.
• Colaborar en la gestión de costes e inventarios, así como en las compras.
• Colaborar en la realización de los procesos de limpieza, conservación, cocinado, regeneración y reposición de los alimentos.
• Apoyar la recepción y almacenaje de los alimentos de géneros siguiendo las normas establecidas y las órdenes recibidas.
• Realizar las tareas de acuerdo con los requisitos, normas y procedimientos de trabajo y legislación vigente en seguridad e higiene.

• Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Cocina y Gastronomía, Curso APPCC.
• Experiencia: mínima de 1 año en puesto similar.
