Job summary

Transcom Pasig is seeking an AX and CX Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment and ongoing success of AX and CX solutions with an AI focus, using a standardized end-to-end framework.

You will work with BA, Implementation and Support teams to ensure operational stability, document projects, and drive scalable digital portfolios while maintaining close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders in a dynamic, people-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced training in Artificial Intelligence and its practical applications.
• Proven experience in AX and CX solutions and the end-to-end implementation of AX/CX-related tools and platforms.
• Solid background in managing implementation workflows within a digital or IT environment.
• Ability to use English effectively for high-level technical meetings and documentation.

The AX & CX Implementation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the seamless deployment and ongoing success of AX and CX solutions, with a specific focus on AI, through a standardized, end-to-end implementation framework. The role delivers core value to the business by mitigating technical risks and ensuring that every solution is optimized for the client’s specific requirements.

By providing rigorous post-implementation support and maintaining project documentation, the Specialist guarantees operational stability and long-term scalability for the digital portfolio, working within an integrated structure where BA, Implementation and Support collaborate closely.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

• College Graduate
• Have a specific training and/or work experience in: Advanced training in Artificial Intelligence and its practical applications. Proven experience in AX and CX solutions and the end-to-end implementation of AX/CX-related tools and platforms. Solid background in managing implementation workflows within a digital or IT environment.
• Be able to use English Language effectively as it is the main language used for high-level technical meetings and documentation.
• Minimum three to five years' experience in a similar to these positions: Business Analyst (BA), Insights Specialist, AX/CX Solution Specialist, Training and/or Quality Manager within Operations, Team Leaders within Operations, or IT Team Leaders.
