Job summary

TP ICAP Group is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure AWS-based infrastructure. The role emphasizes automation, AI-enabled development, and SDLC governance in a collaborative environment.

You will work with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and front-end frameworks, driving cloud-native solutions, security practices, and reliable deployment pipelines across hybrid Philippine operations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with AWS services, cloud infrastructure and automation.
• Experience building and supporting cloud-native applications and services.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies (Terraform and/or AWS CDK).
• Experience with AI technologies and services such as Amazon Bedrock.
• Experience with modern software engineering practices including CI/CD and test automation.
• Proficient in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; front-end tools like React or Angular.
• Understanding of cloud security, resilience and operational best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain AWS-based infrastructure solutions.
• Lead AI-assisted development practices and integrate AI into cloud-based solutions.
• Develop infrastructure automation using CDK and Terraform.
• Build scalable apps and services with Python, React/JS.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver robust technical solutions.
• Improve cloud platforms for performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Stay updated on cloud, distributed systems and AI trends.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and standards.
• Investigate issues and implement root-cause fixes.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior teammates.
• Follow SDLC, security and AI governance frameworks.
