Job summary

HRTx Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Assistant Vice President – IT Audit / IT Audit Head to lead risk-based IT audits across technology, cybersecurity, data, and digital platforms.

The role oversees a global team, drives AI and automation in audit processes, and presents findings to senior leadership, shaping risk strategy and control improvements. Hybrid work in BGC with a Monday–Friday morning shift and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Retail industry experience preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of IT audit, IT risk, information security, or related technology functions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute risk-based IT audits across technology, business applications, cybersecurity, data, and digital platforms.
• Evaluate technology risks, controls, and compliance against internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Manage and mentor a global team of IT auditors, overseeing performance, engagement, and talent development.
• Drive the integration of AI, automation, and data analytics into internal audit processes.
• Present audit findings, key risk themes, and control gaps to senior leadership and key business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit Execution & Strategy: Plan and execute risk-based IT audits across technology, business applications, cybersecurity, data, and digital platforms.
• Risk & Control Assessment: Evaluate technology risks, controls, and compliance against internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Global & Regional Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a global team of IT auditors, overseeing performance, engagement, and talent development.
• Innovation & Automation: Drive the integration of AI, automation, and data analytics into internal audit processes.
• Stakeholder Management: Present audit findings, key risk themes, and control gaps to senior leadership and key business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Industry:Preferably coming from Retail industry
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT Audit, IT Risk, Information Security, or Technology functions.
• Leadership: Proven track record leading complex audit engagements and geographically dispersed teams.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in IT audit methodologies, security frameworks, and risk management within highly regulated sectors.
