Job summary

Sun Life in Manila invites an Executive IT Audit leader to drive risk-based internal audits across global CIO applications and technology. You will lead a large, distributed team with a focus on delivering independent assurance and innovative audit methods.

The role requires deep knowledge of audit methodologies, SDLC/Agile, cyber risk, and data analytics, with strong communication to senior management and stakeholder management across North America, Asia and beyond.

Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience in IT, IT Audit and/or IT Risk functions.
Professional auditing and security designations (e.g., CISA, CIA, CISSP, CISM, CEH).
Hybrid work with occasional travel to Asia or North America.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee a risk-based IT audit plan across global CIO portfolios.
Lead a geographically dispersed team of IT auditors with emphasis on collaboration with senior management.
Evolve Internal Audit strategy emphasizing digital transformation, AI, and data analytics.
Present audit findings and risk themes to executive stakeholders and build risk-aware culture.
