Qualifications

• Experience with digital platforms, data, AI/automation and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation and transformation delivery for IWPB to improve processes and outcomes.
• Scale adoption of HSBC platforms and capabilities across products with measurable benefits.
• Build simple solutions for transformation initiatives using HSBC tools.
• Align with Group/Regional directions and ensure governance and risk compliance.
