The role oversees ~19 FTE and partners with regional and global teams to deliver customer insights, segmentation models and data-driven experiences across products, channels and digital touchpoints.

The position reports to the Philippines Head of IWPB and Asia Head of Client Analytics, with accountability for strategy, governance and the delivery of growth
