Job summary

Planate Management Group South East Asia Corp (PMG SEAC) is seeking a Site, Safety and Health Officer to implement and monitor safety, health, and security programs for aerodrome projects. You will conduct inspections, risk assessments, and investigations to maintain airport safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, DOLE-accredited HSP, and at least five years in aviation safety or related infra projects, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Accredited Health and Safety Practitioner by DOLE with a valid accreditation.
• At least five years of DOLE HSP accreditation experience.
• 5+ years in airport/aviation safety or related projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSH regulations and airport safety requirements.
• Experience in hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and report-writing skills.
• Experience with airport authorities, government agencies, and international contractors.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and enforce site safety, health, and security programs.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, permit-to-work, and PPE requirements.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective measures.
• Conduct safety orientations and training programs for personnel.
• Prepare safety reports, inspection records, and incident logs.
