Qualifications

• 5+ years in airport/aviation security or related operations.
• Experience in investigations, compliance, audits, or incident management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security and protection of client aircraft, facilities, and operational areas.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of third-party AVSEC personnel and providers.
• Conduct security compliance assessments and operational audits.
• Gather, verify, and analyze information related to security incidents.
• Prepare incident reports, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Lead security briefings and communicate updates to contracted personnel.
• Prepare official communications related to security programs.
• Conduct security inspections across facilities, including offsite locations.
• Identify opportunities to improve security processes and measures.
• Monitor security trends to support planning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with aviation security requirements.
• Coordinate with airport authorities and external agencies on security matters.
