Job summary

Planate Management Group South East Asia Corp (PMG SEAC) seeks a Cost Engineer to oversee cost planning, estimation, budgeting, and control for aerodrome projects in the Philippines. You will ensure accurate estimates and active cost management throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a PRC-licensed Civil Engineer with 5+ years in cost engineering, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and cost software.Airport/major infrastructure project experience is a plus; EVM and

Qualifications

Licensed Civil Engineer with a valid PRC license.
Minimum 5 years of Cost Engineer experience.
Strong knowledge in cost estimating, budgeting, cost control.
Experience in BOQ preparation and project financial reporting.
Familiarity with FIDIC, contracts, procurement, and government standards.
Experience in EVM, project controls, and reporting.
Experience with airport/aerodrome or major infrastructure projects.
Proficient with MS Office and cost estimating software.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitor project costs, expenditures, progress billings, and variations.
Review contractor claims, change orders, and payment applications for compliance.
Analyze cost performance and provide mitigation recommendations.
Coordinate with teams, contractors, and stakeholders on cost reporting.
Prepare cost reports, cash flow projections, and financial documentation.
Perform additional related duties as required.
