Job summary

Planate Management Group South East Asia Corp (PMG SEAC) is seeking a licensed Electrical Engineer to lead planning, design reviews, supervision, and commissioning of aerodrome electrical systems. The role requires seven+ years of experience on airport projects, with strong knowledge of airfield lighting and safety standards.

You will coordinate with airport authorities and contractors to ensure quality, schedule, and reliability, and contribute to project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Engineer with a valid PRC License.
• Seven or more years of relevant experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Experience in airport/aerodrome projects and airfield lighting systems.
• Training or certification in project management, electrical safety, commissioning, or quality management systems.
• Experience with airport authorities, government agencies, consultants, and international contractors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, power systems, and safety standards.
• Proficient in reviewing electrical drawings and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design review, supervise, inspect, test, and commission electrical systems for aerodrome projects.
• Manage and inspect electrical works including airfield lighting, substations, and power networks.
• Ensure compliance with plans, codes, and QA/QC requirements.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, method statements, and technical docs.
• Monitor testing and commissioning to verify performance, safety, and reliability.
• Coordinate with contractors, authorities, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Prepare and review inspection reports, test results, and recommendations.
