Job summary

Egis is seeking a motivated Civil & Structural Graduate Engineer to join our Aviation team in Manila. This role offers exposure to the design, coordination and delivery of civil and structural works for airport projects, working with experienced engineers and project managers.

You will support CAD drawings, reviews and technical deliverables while developing core engineering skills in a multidisciplinary environment, including design reviews, site visits and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Civil & Structural Engineering.
• 0-2 years of relevant civil/structural engineering experience.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop CAD and Civil 3D drawings for airport projects.
• Assist in review and coordination of civil and structural drawings and deliverables.
• Support delivery of civil/structural design packages under guidance of senior engineers.
• Coordinate with specialist consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Assist in project management activities including planning, reporting and document control.
• Participate in design reviews, technical meetings and site visits.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and client requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
