Job summary

Bureau Veritas S.A. in Makati seeks a Civil/Structural Engineer / Architect / Electro-Mechanical Engineer to lead complex airport-related projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, PE license preferred, and extensive experience in Civil, Architectural and MEPFS operations and maintenance. You'll review maintenance manuals, assess performance, and drive improvement initiatives across facilities, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Licensed Engineer; Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil, Architectural, and MEPFS operations and maintenance.
At least 8 years of experience in airport/aerodrome operations and maintenance.
Experience in a managerial role within airport operations, facilities management, project management, or engineering consultancy.
Strong knowledge of airport facilities, aerodrome equipment, and maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

Review engineering and maintenance manuals, including Preventive Maintenance and Pavement Management Programs.
Assess and evaluate airport maintenance and operational performance.
Analyze maintenance requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
Gather and assess operational and maintenance performance data.
Conduct audits and develop action plans based on audit findings.
Recommend performance improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Prepare and present audit reports, findings, and recommendations.
