Egis Group in Manila is seeking a motivated Civil & Structural Graduate Engineer to join our Aviation team. You will assist in the design, coordination and delivery of civil and structural works for airport developments in the region.

Work with senior engineers and project managers to develop CAD drawings, review deliverables, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; site-based work is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Civil & Structural Engineering required.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Strong interest in airport and aviation infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop CAD and Civil 3D drawings for airport and aviation infrastructure projects.
• Review and coordinate civil and structural drawings and deliverables.
• Support delivery of civil and structural design packages under guidance of senior engineers.
• Coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams on project requirements.
• Assist in project management activities, including planning, reporting, and document control.
• Participate in design reviews, meetings, and site visits as required.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and client requirements.

About the Role

Position Summary

Egis is seeking a motivated Civil & Structural Graduate Engineer to join our Aviation team in Manila. This role is ideal for recent graduates interested in developing their technical and project delivery capabilities within airport and aviation infrastructure projects.

Working alongside experienced engineers and project managers, you will support the design, coordination, and delivery of civil and structural engineering works for airport developments and related infrastructure projects within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop CAD and Civil 3D drawings for airport and aviation infrastructure projects.
• Assist in the review and coordination of civil and structural engineering drawings and technical deliverables.
• Support the delivery of airport civil and structural design packages under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Coordinate with specialist consultants and multidisciplinary teams on project requirements.
• Assist in project management activities, including planning, reporting, and document control.
• Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and site visits as required.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, client requirements, and engineering best practices.

What do we need from you

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.
• Strong interest and aptitude in airport and aviation infrastructure projects.

Experience

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or project exposure to infrastructure, transportation, or aviation projects is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles.
