Job summary

ESCO Pte. Ltd. is seeking an AV Support Engineer to set up, configure, and maintain cameras, lighting, microphones, and control systems for hybrid meetings and events. The role requires hands-on experience with AV equipment and servicing videoconferencing systems.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, 2–4 years in AV support, and is willing to work onsite on a rotating schedule, including Saturdays. Training and company laptop benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in AV support and maintenance.
• Basic understanding of AV systems and components.
• CTS certification preferred.
• Familiarity with videoconferencing systems and hybrid meeting setups.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule: Mon–Sat (7am–4pm or 10am–7pm).

Responsibilities

• Setting up, configuring, and maintaining AV systems (cameras, lighting, microphones, control systems).
• Troubleshooting AV issues, including digital signage and video conference room systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting LED walls, projectors, sound systems, digital mixers, and stage lighting.
• Routine maintenance of AV equipment.

Job Description:

• Troubleshooting and resolving AV issues, including digital signage systems and video conference room systems.




• Proficiency in troubleshooting direct view LED walls, projectors, sound systems, digital mixers, and stage lighting systems.




• Routine maintenance of AV equipment.
