Job summary

Wego.com is seeking a Marketing Automation & AI Engineer to join our MarTech team. You will design autonomous AI agents and AI-driven campaigns, aligning with performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.

You will work with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other advertising APIs to optimize campaigns in real-time. As part of a flexible, configuration-driven automation focus, you will enable the Performance Marketing team to pivot strategies quickly and deploy AI-powered content and

Qualifications

3+ years in performance/digital marketing analytics and marketing automation with hands-on AI engineering.
Deep understanding of paid/performance marketing KPIs, platform mechanics, and their APIs (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok).
Proven experience building end-to-end campaign automation systems including ML-driven optimization and automated actions via ad platform APIs.

Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end automated workflows for campaign creation, audience segmentation, creative assembly, launch, and optimization using AI/ML signals.
Engineer multi-agent systems to generate and iterate on personalized ad content at scale.
Build and maintain flexible data flows optimized for real-time marketing activation and dynamic content generation.
Collaborate daily with Performance Marketing to translate KPIs into configurations and ensure API reliability and AI agent deployments.
Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents using LLMs for automated marketing workflows.
