Job summary

Wego Pte Ltd is seeking a Marketing Automation & AI Engineer to join the MarTech team. You will design and deploy autonomous AI agents that optimize campaigns, drive insights from digital campaigns, and align with KPIs like ROAS and CPA across major platforms.

Key duties include building end-to-end automation for campaign creation, audience segmentation, and content orchestration, leveraging LLMs and AI agents to improve performance while maintaining flexible, configuration-driven systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance/digital marketing analytics and marketing automation with hands-on AI engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of paid marketing KPIs, campaign structures, auction mechanics, and APIs (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok).
• Proven experience building end-to-end campaign automation systems with ML-driven optimization and automated actions via ad platform APIs.
