Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Workshop Coordinator in Calamba, Laguna to manage the distribution of Repair Orders to technicians and oversee the check-ups and delivery times for each job.

You will report to the office from 8:30 to 5:30 and ensure efficient utilization of workshop staff. The role requires NC1/NC2 certifications, 3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of car parts, and a valid CDL for both automatic and manual transmissions.

Qualifications

Graduate of any Automotive Course or related field.
NC1 and NC2 certification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
Knowledgeable in car parts and flexible.
Must know how to drive automatic and manual transmissions with a valid professional driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Distribute Repair Orders to technicians and monitor progress.
Review RO and vehicle checks; track delivery time.
Prepare daily reports to the Service Manager.
Ensure efficient usage of technicians.
Coordinate job cards via workshop systems (DMS).
Input and update job status and hours worked.
Collaborate with Workshop Supervisor and Service Advisor on parts, status, and repairs.
Monitor pending units and inform supervisor of delays or additional work.
