You will provide technical assistance, facilitate product updates, and gather feedback on technical issues. Candidates must have at least 1 year of motorcycle troubleshooting experience. Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in motorcycle troubleshooting and repair (non-negotiable).
• With valid driver’s license (Restriction Code 1, 2, 3).
• Preferably with NC-II Accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to dealers on difficult-to-resolve issues.
• Facilitate product updates for speedy recovery of sold units.
• Gather and report technical issues and quality concerns from the field.
• Provide immediate feedback to the warranty team.
• Conduct site visits and support troubleshooting activities.
