Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire and lead a sales team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and dealership operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Willing to be assigned in Namayan, Mandaluyong City.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the sales team by providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximize team performance.

• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
• Assist in training new sales staff and ongoing training for existing team members.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create sales forecasts, budgets, and goals.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers and team members.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations
