What is this role about?

This role will play a crucial role in leading and supporting our Sales Team to achieve their targets and provide excellent customer service.

What will YOU do?

• Supervise and lead the sales team by providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximize team performance

• Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded

• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth

• Assist in training new sales staff and ongoing training for existing team members

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create sales forecasts, budgets, and goals

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers and team members

• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations

What will YOU need?

• Previous experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire and lead a sales team

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
