Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and convert prospective customers into satisfied clients
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline using cold calling, networking and referrals
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients
• Build and nurture long-term relationships for repeat business
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with marketing and support to boost customer engagement
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences
• Participate in sales trainings and product knowledge sessions
