Job summary

Mitsubishi Bacoor Motor Corporation is expanding its sales team and seeking highly motivated Sales Executives to build their client base and maximize earnings. This full-time role is based in Bacoor, Cavite and offers a commission-based pay structure with monthly incentives and clear career growth.

You should have experience in selling, prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals, with a background in automotive sales or customer service being highly relevant.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any course.
• Sales experience is an advantage.
• Experience in automotive, retail, insurance, real estate, banking, telecommunications, or customer service is highly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Sell Mitsubishi vehicles and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Develop prospects through lead generation, networking, referrals, social media, and field activities.
• Manage customer inquiries and convert prospects into sales.
• Conduct product presentations and recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Discuss financing programs and assist customers with purchase requirements.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and conduct timely follow-ups.
• Develop a strong customer and referral network.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide professional service before, during, and after the sale.
• Contribute to overall dealership sales and revenue growth.
