Job summary

BSB Junrose in Manila is seeking a Mechanical Engineering professional to lead the Product Development (PD) unit, conducting market research, handling technical inquiries, and coordinating trainings for customers and internal teams.

You will supervise PD members, monitor warranty and defect evaluations, and ensure timely delivery of PD tasks in alignment with company policies, while collaborating with OZ Heads for complex decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required.
• Experience in automotive parts industry preferred.
• Ability to translate complex technical knowledge into easily understandable concepts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; high computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Product Development (PD) unit and related activities.
• Supervise PD team in day-to-day tasks, including inspections and warranty issues.
• Ensure deadlines and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate PD training and knowledge sharing for internal and external customers.
• Provide technical support to marketing and sales units.
