Job summary

HR Network Inc. in Cavite, Philippines, seeks a results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in automotive lighting and B2B sales. You will lead a sales team, forecast demand, and nurture long-term client relationships.

You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on commercial and technical requirements, prepare quotations, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, particularly in automotive lighting, parts, components, or accessories.
• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably handling a sales team.
• Experience in B2B sales, account management, and developing long-term client relationships.
• Experience in client forecasting, product demand planning, and coordination of customer requirements.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and technical aspects of automotive products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market demand, sales forecasts, and customer programs to support sales planning and business development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on commercial and technical requirements, including sourcing, cost, development, quality, and delivery.
• Keep updated on the latest automotive lighting technologies and developments.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate them effectively across relevant internal teams.
• Prepare quotations and agreements and support the processing of new customer requirements.
• Assist in directing and supporting Sales Engineers and Staff while monitoring sales KPIs.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with quality system procedures, SEP reporting requirements, and the Inventory Reduction Program.
