Job summary

Cartrack Asia is seeking an Automotive/Auto Electrical GPS Technician based in Calabarzon to join our global mobility team. You will install GPS devices, configure equipment, troubleshoot issues, and document service activities while maintaining confidentiality and customer trust.

The role requires a Vocational Diploma in Automotive or Electrical Technology, 6–12 months of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license with ownership of a motorcycle. Fieldwork across Calabarzon is expected.

Qualifications

• Vocational diploma or short course in Automotive or Electrical Technology or related fields.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in GPS installation or automotive service.
• Proficient in automotive systems, electronics, troubleshooting, driving, technical analysis and client service.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own a motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Install GPS tracking devices in various types of vehicles.
• Configure devices and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Analyze root causes and resolve hardware/software problems.
• Complete installation and service documentation (forms, reports, logs, etc.).
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints through testing and diagnostics.
• Maintain customer trust by handling service information confidentially.
