Job summary

Shimmer and Shield is seeking a Strategic Sales Leader with 3–5 years of commercial or technical sales experience in automotive coatings or related chemicals. You will develop sales plans, source leads, manage a CRM-driven pipeline, and close deals with premium clients.

You will also lead and train the sales team, coordinate with installation and procurement, and ensure customer satisfaction through the full post-service cycle while promoting the brand at events.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years in commercial or technical sales in automotive, coatings, or related chemicals.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis to track performance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Source leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals with premium clients and enthusiasts.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet targets and KPIs.
