Job summary

Fast Autoworld Philippines Corporation - Mitsubishi Motors is seeking a Business Manager to lead the Mindanao Gusa Branch. You will drive vehicle, parts, and service sales, build strong customer and partner networks, and ensure profitability and compliance with company standards.

You will oversee finance, administration, and HR, guiding the team to achieve short- and long-term objectives while maintaining excellent customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in automotive sales, with 5–10 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Holder of a valid Philippine Driver's License.
• Willing to work on a six (6)-day workweek.
• Must be willing to be assigned onsite to Gusa, Cagayan de Oro branch.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle sales and Marketing: consistently attain monthly sales target for vehicle units, in-house insurance, car accessories and profitability targets.
• Service and Parts Sales: consistently attain monthly service revenue target and monthly parts sales targets and MMPC targets.
• Finance and Administration: ensure budget adherence and profitability, efficient resource use, and accounts management policies.
• Human Resources and Organization: motivate and counsel the team, training, and skill development to meet branch objectives.
• Policies, Standards and Culture: lead the workforce to align with company vision and mission.
