Responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices for automotive repair, maintenance, parts, and other services.
• Review repair orders to ensure labor, parts, materials, discounts, taxes, and other charges are accurately recorded.
• Verify customer information, vehicle details, pricing, and payment terms before finalizing invoices.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to clarify completed work and billing details.
• Process customer payments through cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other approved methods.
• Handle warranty, insurance, fleet, and account billing as required.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and coordinate with customers or accounting staff regarding unpaid balances.
• Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile daily sales, invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Assist with month-end billing reports and account reconciliation.
• Correct billing discrepancies and process approved adjustments or credit notes.
• Maintain organized records of repair orders, invoices, receipts, and customer accounts.
• Ensure billing transactions comply with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding invoices, charges, and payments.
• Coordinate with the accounting department regarding billing, collections, and financial reporting.
• Perform other administrative and clerical duties related to automotive service operations.
