Job summary

Beckhoff Philippines invites engineers with 2–4 years in PLC, HMI and motion control to join our team on a 24-month employment contract. You will deliver customer-specific programs, demonstrations and application support for Beckhoff automation solutions.

Reporting to the application manager, you will gain exposure to advanced PC-based automation, participate in seminars and customer training, and have opportunities for conversion to a permanent role based on performance and fit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in automation/mechatronics/electrical/electronic engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical and application support.
• Experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA; IEC 61131-3 knowledge.
• Curious, enthusiastic about technology; team player and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team in responding to technical questions on Beckhoff solutions.
• Provide consultation on automation solutions based on customers' needs.
• Technical support for customers during projects (testing, commissioning, troubleshooting).
• Conduct standard and customized training sessions for customers and partners.
• Participate in Beckhoff seminars/exhibitions/events and share information on technology.
• Support customers across different cities in the Philippines as needed.
