Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an Automation Supervisor in Cabuyao, Laguna to oversee the reliability, availability, and efficiency of plant automation, control, electronics, and instrumentation systems. The role leads preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and optimization of automation equipment while driving efficiency and performance improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Professional engineering license is an advantage.
At least two (2) years of relevant experience in PLC programming, industrial automation, instrumentation, and calibration.
Preferably with at least three (3) years of supervisory or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise and perform programming, troubleshooting, debugging, configuration, testing, repair, and maintenance of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, VFDs, and instrumentation equipment.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance, timely repairs, system updates, and effective troubleshooting practices.
